Booking & Cancellation Policy

To provide the best experience for all guests, please review and agree to the following policies before booking your appointment:

Deposits

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be applied toward your service total at checkout.

Cancellations & No-Shows

– Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.

– Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment is treated as a late cancellation.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

Service Adjustments

Please communicate any concerns within 7 days of your appointment. Adjustments are available for original services only — no refunds.

Social Media & Recording

Select services may be recorded or photographed for content purposes. Please inform your stylist before your service if you wish to opt out.

Consultations

Complimentary consultations are available for all new guests.
